Command & Conquer developer Victory Games has released a video diary called ‘Beyond the Battle’ that explores the history of the series, gameplay features in the new free-to-play game and other possibilities over the next few years.

Command & Conquer is coming out as a free-to-play title later this year, courtesy of Victory Games. While it will launch as a game based on the C&C Generals world, the studio will add both the Red Alert and Tiberium timelines into the mix as further down the line.

Command & Conquer, the free to play strategy title from Victory Games has received a new batch of screens. They show plenty of unit types doing battle thanks to DICE’s Frostbite 2 engine. Command & Conquer fans, prepare to mourn for the game you never knew existed. A leaked cinematic trailer has revealed the cancelled Command & Conquer Arena, which never made it past the drawing board.
