Last DLC pack for Guitar Hero franchise hits this month, Harmonix responds as staff cuts hit Vicarious Visions
It has been confirmed by an Activision spokesperson and the official Guitar Hero Twitter account, that the February Mega Pack will be the last DLC pack issued for the music game series.

Watch the launch trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

Past the break is the launch trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, which hits shelves September 15.
We had a look at the game during GDC, and it’s definitely chock-full of superheroes.
Which side to choose though, is another matter as well as which format: DS, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, or Xbox 360.

Stan Lee talks superhero registration in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 video

Stan Lee stars in the latest video for Vicarious Visions’ Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.
In it, his coolness talks about how superheroes don’t need to be registered with the government-unless they turn bad. But then, they are no longer superheroes at that point.
Basically, it’s a video with Stan Lee in it – which is good. Watch it below the break.
Game’s out September 15.

More characters announced for Ultimate Alliance 2

Activision and Vicarious Visions have released a list of 17 out of the 24 playable characters in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2.
Some of you were excited yesterday over Iron Fist being included, while some were a bit “meh”.
Maybe a few of these will turn the tide.

- Invisible Woman
- Lucia von Bardas (Villain)
- Luke Cage (Power Man)

Other characters who may/may not be playable are:

Activision drops “Fusion” from Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

If you watched the new trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 we posted on Friday you may have noticed at the end of it that the word “Fusion” was no longer in the title — and for good reason: it’s been removed.
A spokesperson for Activison confirmed the name change when contacted by Evil Avatar saying:
“The title previously announced was a working title, and they decided to go with simply ‘Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2′ for the name.”
So there ya go.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion trailer shows super-war

Superheroes everywhere. Acitvision’s got into the Comic Con spirit by releasing a Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion trailer, and very super it looks too. After the break.
The action RPG will be high on the list for super-fans, what with its warring superheroes, super effects and ability to combine powers.
No firm details on this, but PS3 and 360′s a given. No date.
