Not much has changed over the past few weeks as far as PC sales go, other than newcomer Civilization IV appearing.

Otherwise, it’s business as usual, with Left 4 Dead continuing to climb the charts.

Look for it to get even hotter when the Critic’s Choice Edition shambles into stores this spring.
