I’m not calling for us to get soppy and overwrought. We human beings are also fascinated and impressed by nuance and restraint. We have to get in better touch with our emotions and become more adept at portraying them in detail… with restraint, clarity and above all, vulnerability. Three classic skin packs featuring a 25 character looks from Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves are now available for purchase via the PlayStation Store. The skins will allow you to change the way you look in Uncharted 3′s multiplayer and each pack will run you €2.99/2.39. Don’t forget about the Fortune Hunters’ Club either, which will run you €24.99/£19.99, and provides you with all three multiplayer skin packs plus all four future multiplayer map packs when they become available. You will also receive an exclusive Fortune Hunters’ Club theme for your PS3 XMB.

Naughty Dog has responded to complaints from Uncharted 3 players who feel gunplay in the game is restricted.

Uncharted 3′s season pass, dubbed the Fortune Hunters Club, is to be made available today via the PS Store and through select retailers. It will run you $24.99 and will provide you with updates as to when the DLC and skins planned for the game are ready for download. The first of four multiplayer map packs, and the first of three skin packs are to be made available in November, not long after the core game hits stores. The US PS Blog notes that the DLC and skins bought separately, would run you around $45, so when you become a member of the FHC, you’ll end up saving yourself around 45 percent as well as net a free PS3 theme. Uncharted 3 is out November 1.

Sony’s released a new TV spot for Uncharted 3, very exciting it looks too. The trailer contains around 25 seconds of footage, and features Drake traversing canyons, riding horses, and battling above wrecked airplanes.

The game’s out on November 1 in the US, and November 2 in the UK. Watch the trailer after the break.
