Quick Shots: Far Cry 3 gets Gamescom screens
Ubisoft’s released some new screenshots and artwork for its upcoming sandbox shooter, Far Cry 3. The shots show gun-blazing action taking place on a tropical island, as well as some environments and water effects. The game’s in development by Ubi Montreal for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 and is scheduled to release sometime next year. Gaze upon the shots after the break.

Beyond Good & Evil HD “I’m a traitor” trailer is very green

Ghost Recon 3DS to be turn-based squad game with “Advance Wars feel”

Despite appearances to the contrary, the 3DS’ launch lineup isn’t all quick ports whose biggest upgrades are the addition of “3D” to their titles. Case in point: Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars. It’s a brand new turn-based tactical game from none other than the creator of X-Com himself, Julian Gollop.
Yes, yes, we know Ocarina of Time is the greatest game of all time [citation needed], but Shadow Wars looks to be a pretty darn promising upstart. Read all about it after the break.
