Spaceventure, a new adventure from the makers of Space Quest, has met its Kickstarter funding goal thanks to solid fan canvassing. Things looked pretty hairy for a few days there, but more than 10,000 generous patrons have managed to pony up over $522,000 for Two Guys from Andromeda. Well done, everyone. There’s still nine hours to go if you want to jump on the bandwagon.

The adventure renaissance is luring the genre’s talent back to its roots; Space Quest creators Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy are back in the saddle for a new Spaceventure.
