Tomba PSN fix inbound
MonkeyPaw Games is working with SCEE to fix issues with Tomba (or Tombi, if you like), the port specialist has said on Twitter. The European PSN release apparently suffers a number of problems despite utilising the NTSC code rather than the unfeasible PAL version. The much-loved PSOne Classic arrived last week after several months delay from its June North American PSN launch.

PSOne Classics live on Vita tomorrow
MonkeyPaw has confirmed five of its games will be available as Vita compatible PSOne Classics in this week’s PlayStation Store update. The retro-specialist’s offerings are Alundra; Vanguard Bandits; Arc the Lad; Arc the Lad II and Tomba. It’s a great range but it also suggests we’ll probably see a variety of games from other developers and publishers announced when Sony does a full Store update reveal. Stay tuned.

Tomba, WipEout HD and Fury expansion packs hit PSN
Those in the US can download PSone classic Tomba as well as the release of WipEout HD and WipEout HD Fury as expansion packs for WipEout 2048 on Vita. Tomba will run you $10 on PSN, and the WipEout goodies will run you $7.99, and it also includes an additional 12 crossplay tracks outside of the original four tracks included in WipEout 2048 for “simultaneous multiplayer action on your PS3 and PS Vita.” It’s free on Vita if you already own the PS3 versions. Tomba! releasing as PSOne classic next week
Tomba! a platformer developed by Tokuro Fujiwara, who’s the creator of the Ghosts ‘n Goblins series, will be releasing on PlayStation Network’s PSOne Classics section on June 19th. MonkeyPaw games will be releasing the game on the network for $10. To mark this announcement, they’ve released a nice little trailer for the title. Take a look below. Thanks, Siliconera.
