Namco’s released a video showing the recent trip press undertook to Haver Castle to see The Witcher II. In it, journalists openly talk about its impressions about the game over the PC version. Namco Bandai’s announced a BAFTA presentation for the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher II featuring CD Projekt. QA lead Bartek Ocham and lead combat designer Mariej Ocham will hold a live demo before taking part in a Q&A from OXM UK. After that, attendees will be free to try the game.

Tickets are £5, and you can get them here. The RPG launches on April 17.

CD Projekt’s released the first developer diary for The Witcher II on Xbox 360 following the game’s April release announcement a few weeks back. The video details the new content coming for the story and gameplay, how its bringing over improvements from the PC version to the console version and how it’ll be an adaptation of the PC SKU rather than a straight up port.

CD Projekt has released a developer video for The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings which discusses the new quests, locations, and new NPCs included in the Xbox 360 version of the game. The developers also dig into the development of the console version, and explain how it is an “enhancement” of the original version, once again insisting the game isn’t “a port.” Upon release, the game will include all previous updates and DLC content released for the PC version, including the Arena arcade mode and Tutorial. PC users have not been left out either, as all new content included in the 360 version will be released for PC as well. Witcher 2 lands on the console April 17.
