Tales of Symphonia Chronicles announced for PS3, heading west in 2014

Namco Bandai have announced the Tales of Symphonia: Unisonant Pack for Japan, which will include HD Remasters of Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. It will land in Japan on October 10. There’s good news for those in west out this announcement: the pack will also be released outside of Japan during 2014 and will be known as Tales of Symphonia Chronicles.

Namco Bandai announces GamesCom line-up

Namco Bandai announced it’s GamesCom line-up this morning.

Games confirmed include Tekken 6, Katamari Forever, Tales of Symphonia, Champions Online and more.

Here’s the full list:

  • Tekken 6 (Playstation 3/Xbox 360)
  • Dragon Ball: Rising Blast (Playstation 3/Xbox 360)
  • Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo (Wii)
  • One Piece Unlimited Cruise 2 (Wii)
  • Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (Wii)
  • Family Trainer: Extreme Challenge (Wii)
  • Katamari Forever (Playstation 3)
  • Champions Online (PC)

It all kicks off next week in Cologne, August 19-22, and we’ll be there. Obviously.

TGS Namco press conference live-blogged – not much happened

With Tokyo Game Show kicking off in earnest tomorrow with Microsoft’s keynote, Namco Bandai decided to get in on the act first yesterday and show off its ware’s for the coming year in Japan.

Basically: We Ski & Snowboard, Dragon Ball games, some Naruto stuff, a new Splatterhouse trailer, Tales of Symphonia, Afro Samurai and the almighty National Geographic PANDA. That’s PANDA.
