Nintendo has updated Swapnote for 3DS in North America. The European version of the app, Letter Box, hasn’t been updated yet as far as we know. The new features include the ability to use a different color on each page, take photos and record audio, filter notes, and more. Nintendo Life has all the details.

Nintendo has updated its WiiWare, eShop, and DSiWare offerings this week with Zombie Slayer Diox, Carmen Sandiego Adventures in Math: The Island of Diamonds, music vidoes, and 1st Class Poker & BlackJack. For a limited time, 3DS owners who have installed the free Swapnote application can also receive a special Swapnote inspired by Uggie, the canine actor who is Nintendo’s spokesdog.

Nintendo has updated its eShop, DSiWare and WiiWare offerings with UFO Interactive’s Samurai Sword Destiny, arcade survival title Zombii Attack, and an action-adventure, puzzle-based RPG.
