The LinkedIn profile of SCEA sound designer Robert Krekel has shown a Vita version of PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale is in the works following a hint on a handheld version last week from the game’s director

Omar Kendall, game director on PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale, has strongly suggested the newly-announced fighter could make its way to Vita as well as PS3.

Rumour – Yorda, Elena and Nariko may appear in PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale
Sorting through the original leaked material which outed the game now announced as PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale, Neogaf members have turned up what seems to be references to unrevealed characters. A piece of artwork looks suspiciously like Yorda from ICO, and a female character model nearby could be Heavenly Sword’s Nariko or Uncharted’s Elena, depending on which way you squint. PlayStation All-Stars will also feature third-party characters and is expected to be more fully detailed at E3 2012.
