Sonic & All-stars Racing Transformed Wii U patch in certification
A patch for the Wii U version of Sonic & All-stars Racing Transformed has been completed and sent to Nintendo for certification, Sumo Digital’s Steve Lycett confirmed on NeoGAF. The update should address issues with the Boost Challenge and Ninja Tag which were introduced in the first patch.

Wii U graphics “maybe even better” than 360 and PS3, says Sumo
A representative for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed developer Sumo Digital has told Eurogamer that the Wii U’s graphics capabilities are “on-par” with current consoles, “or maybe even better”. There has been much speculation over the upcoming console’s capacities, as Nintendo has kept very quiet on its innards. We’re still waiting on launch details but expect the Wii U by the end of the year. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is due on 3DS, PlayStation 3, Vita and Xbox 360 in November, with the PC and Wii U release undated.

NiGHTS joins Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed line-up
Curious character, NiGHTS, joins newcomers Gillus Thunderhead (Golden Axe), Joe Musashi (Shinobi) and Danica Patrick (real-life NASCAR driver) among others, as the latest addition to racer sequel Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed. Footage of NiGHTS was seen at Sega’s Summer of Sonic event, Eurogamer reported.
A HD remake of 1996 title, NiGHTS into dreams, will launch in Autumn of this year, while Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed also launches later this year for almost every platform under the sun.

F1 2011 3DS confirmed for November 25
Codemasters has announced this morning it’ll release F1 2011 on 3DS on November 25. Made by Sumo Digital, it’ll come with all the tracks, teams and drivers from the 2011 season. Get the first video below.
The racer launched on console and PC in September. It’ll also be at the Japanese Vita launch next month.

US Outrun exclusive to XBLA
Outrun Online Arcade is to be an Xbox 360 exclusive in the US.
According to this CVG report, the game will not be released on PSN at all in America.
Sega’s refused to comment on the reasons behind the move.
There’s no date on the Sumo-developed games as yet, apart from early 2009.
