Killer is Dead developer Grasshopper Manufacture has released a huge gallery of new shots for its twisted action game, showing off four bosses, plenty of sword-play some bloke riding a tiger, obviously. The game’s out on PS3 and Xbox 360 in August.

Killer Is Dead – Deep Silver to publish in Europe, XSEED in North America
Deep Silver will publish Grasshopper Manufacture’s Killer Is Dead in Europe, according to an announcement from the firm. The Suda 51 title, now owned by Japanese publisher GungHo and XSEED will be published the title in North America it has been confirmed. Killer is Dead launches this summer on PS3 and Xbox 360. GungHo confirms Grasshopper Manufacture purchase, Suda 51 responds
Earlier this morning we reported that Ragnarok publisher GungHo Online Entertainment had acquired No More Heroes developer Grasshopper Manufacture. The publisher has now published an official statement on the matter, with comment from Grasshopper founder Goichi Suda.

Killer is Dead domain registrations filed by XSEED
Suda 51′s Killer is Dead may be heading westward courtesy of XSEED if domain registrations dug by Superannuation are any indication. The domains: killerisdead-game as well as killandlove.com and loveandkill.com were all registered by the publisher. A confirmation for the west has yet to be announced, but, the game is slated for a release in Japan this summer on PS3 and Xbox 360. We’ll send a mail and ask. Killer is Dead was last spring, and featured in the latest issue of Famitsu.

Suda 51 and Grasshopper Manufacture’s Killer is Dead is featured in the latest edition of Famitsu. Announced as being in development last year, the game that takes place in a future where the Moon is a vacation destination and the main character’s arm is your main weapon.

Black Knight Sword from Suda 51 hits XBLA next week
Black Knight Sword from Suda 51 will release on Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday, December 12. Much like the Black Knight in Monty Python’s Holy Grail, the fella is missing arms and legs, – wait – no, it looks like he has both sets of appendages in the screenshots posted below. Bummer. Anyway, he can still bite your legs off if he feels froggy enough we reckon. The knight must partake in an adventure through a strange spin on a classic fairytale, where he’s on a mission to defeat the wicked creatures of the night, and make the “super evil Dark Princess pay” some sort of penalty. Liberation Maiden, Crimson Shroud, Aero Porter – short video shows gameplay
A video featuring a short look at Liberation Maiden, Crimson Shroud, and Aero Porter has been released by Nintendo. The video provides small gameplay clips from the three 3DS eShop titles. Liberation Maiden, from Suda 51, is already out in Europe and is heading to the US as are the other two titles. The games were created in partnership with Level-5 through the Guild01 compilation for Nintendo 3DS, and a follow-up called Guild02 was announced in May 24, and will include designers Keiji Inafune, Kazuya Asano, Takemaru Abiko and Kaz Ayabe.
