Street Fighter X Tekken will launch with Cross-Link implementation on Vita, Capcom confirmed during NYCC this weekend. Cross-Link will allow players to use Vita as PS3 controller of sorts when they own both the PS3 and Vita versions of the game. Using Vita as a console controller allows players to use the touchscreen and rear touch panel in order to pull off fighting moves with the swipe of a finger. SFxT is out later this month on Vita. Capcom has announced its plans for New York Comic-Con 2012, which includes playable demos from its upcoming 2012/2013 line-up including DmC Devil May Cry, Lost Planet 3, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Okami HD, Resident Evil 6, and Street Fighter X Tekken Vita.

Capcom have acknowledged that some players are using unreleased Street Fighter X Tekken characters in online play over Xbox Live via hacking the game.

Capcom has said Street Fighter x Tekken will be released in the fall on Vita, and when it hits, it will contain 12 additional characters.
