Nolan North has said in a Eurogamer interview he’s to appear in the next Star Trek movie. North’s role, a cameo, came about after coming across director JJ Abrams whilst doing Super 8, with the Lost and Alias creator and his son two of North’s many fans thanks to the Uncharted series and his appearances as Nathan Drake.

Namco and Digital Extremes have released concept art and a teaser video for the latest Star Trek game. The game is based on a stand-alone storyline which continues the adventures of Kirk and Spock as they work together to “stop a legendary enemy race bent on conquering the galaxy,” the game was shown off at E3 last year. The game allow you to and a friend to co-op as Kirk and Spock, and it’s slated for release sometime during Q1 2013, prior to the May 17 release of the film, for all major home consoles and PC.
