Star Citizen’s preliminary system requirements outlined by Roberts Space Industries

star citizen 121412

Preliminary system requirements for Star Citizen have been outlined by Roberts Space Industries. According to the updated FAQ on the space sim’s Kickstarter page, at the moment the title will require a dual core PC with a GTX 460 or greater and 4GB of system memory. Those running an i7 2500, 2600, 2700 or better with a GTX 670 or greater will be in graphical space heaven, apparently. Since the game is built on CryEngine, the tech’s system requirements “will stay roughly the same” as those at Roberts Space Industries. Star Citizen will include a multiplayer military title called Squadron 42 alongside the core title’s release in 2014. Thanks, Blue.
