Sony has sent over a bit of PSPgo launch information to IGN that you may find interesting.

On October 1, 16,000 pieces of digital content will be available for the PSPgo in the US which includes:

• 225 games (combination of full PSP titles, PSN exclusives, UMD legacy titles and Minis)
• 2,300 movies
• 13,300 television episodes
• Gran Turismo, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny and God of War: Chains of Olympus
• PlayStation Network Game Cards allowing the download of games like Gran Turismo, Daxter, Patapon 2, Secret Agent Clank and Twisted Metal: Head-on.

That’s a lot of stuff right there.

Shots of Secret Agent Clank for PS2, High Impact’s port of the PSP version, are up on Kotaku.

Game hits stores today. Looks clanky.

According to this Kotaku story, PSP’s Secret Agent Clank’s been confirmed for PS2.

The port’s being handled by Sanzaru Games, and it’ll release on May 26. It’s going to be the same deal, apparently, but there’ll be some additional camera options.

For those of you who have access to the Japanese PlayStation Store, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s a playable demo of High Impact Games’ Secret Agent Clank PSP waiting for you to download.

That’s not the only PSP goodness however, as you can also grab Bleach: Soul Carnival for ¥3,800. There’s a SOCOM: Confrontation PS3 video too if that floats your bloat.

According to this official UC blog post, Secret Agent Clank for PSP will release in the US on June 17.

The game still has no fixed date for Europe, although that may well change at the SCEE PlayStation Day in London tonight. We’ll be there, so we’ll let you know if it pops up.
