Sakai: Phantasy Star Online 2 only 10% complete
Phantasy Star Online 2 producer Satoshi Sakai has said the game is only 10% complete and that the video posted earlier was footage the development used from the PC’s lowest settings as the Vita version is lacking shaders and optimization at the moment.
