EA Sports Active now has TWO real-world stores
EA Sports Active stores are spreading, it seems. The San Francisco brick and mortar outlet we reported on yesterday isn’t alone: Boston’s also lucky enough to be able to go and look at very blonde, very fatless people get very excited about crouching in front of a TV screen.
Visitors get a “personalized” demo to the product. Details here.
The Boston store’s got a scooter in it too. Why? Thanks, Joystiq.

EA Sports Active retail store opens in SF, contains scooter
EA Sports Active is properly go, if this image on NeoGAF’s to be believed. EA’s opened a retail store complete dedicated to the hit fitness franchise, which, inexplicably, features a black scooter on its floor.
Why? Who knows. EA probably isn’t arguing.
Thanks, GoNintendo.

Shots from the Wrath of the Lich King San Fran and NYC launches posted
Wrath of the Lich King’s upon us, and while we spent our evening with Blizzard in London last night, things happened in the rest of the world as well, apparently.
Joystiq and Kotaku have posted up reports and photos from the San Francisco event, while MTV covered the New York shindig.
As you’d expect, the pictures show crowds of people with big ears and somaed smiles, but it’s as comforting as ever.
Have a nose.

Ted Price attending US Resistance 2 launch event in San Francisco
The US PS Blog brings word that Insomniac boss Ted Price himself will be in attendance at the midnight opening of the Metreon in San Francisco for the launch of Resistance 2 next week, as will members of the firm’s community team.
There’ll be swag, signing at photos. It does not get better than that. The game’s out on November 4 in the US.

Star Wars: The Old Republic – The entire reveal presentation in video
LucasArts passed over a video edit of the entire reveal presentation of BioWare MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic today, held in San Francisco last week. Watch it after the break.
The movie is nearly 20 minutes long, and contains large sections of talk from BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk, as well as talk-throughs on art style and level design from senior developers at the studio.
There are several sections in there from LucasArts president Darrell Rodriguez.
And no: there’s no footage of gameplay. Two trailers were shown at the event – one on the history of the KOTOR franchise, and one showing early gameplay – but both have been edited out. Apparently there’s a movie exclusive deal in place with a US broadcaster, so no such luck for you, we’re afraid.
We were there, if you recall, so you’ll just have to trust us when we say it did look awesome. Read our live blog of the event to see what happened.
Watch the video, innit.

Photos from the MGS4 San Francisco midnight opening
It’s a Snake photo overtron. Kotaku’s posted some photos from the MGS4 launch in San Francisco. These are your classic “men in a line” variety, but there is a picture of a man in a white coat with a knife, which kind of saves the say.
