Saints Row 4 already in the works and “wilder” than SR: The Third
During an interview with X-Play, which airs tomorrow, THQ’s Danny Bilson revealed that Volition is already working on Saints Row 4. According to Bilson: “I already know what Saint’s Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one. It’s a good example of how you take what you have and you say, ‘What can happen in the next?’” You can hear him say so himself in the clip below, which was culled from the episode airing tomorrow night on G4 at 6.30pm EST. Saints Row: The Third is out November 15 in the US and November 18 in the UK. Thanks, G4.

Quick Quotes: Volition may use Red Faction’s Geomod engine for future titles
“It’s a possibility we could use Geomod in Saints Row and, yes, we considered it [for SR3]. For Saint’s Row The Third, we decided not to do it, partially due to time reasons but also because you could make a good argument that if you had full-on destruction then it’s not a Saints Row game. A lot of those structures are mission-critical because they take place in the interior, so if you could allow users to decimate the entire world, what would you have left? It’s game-breaking.” – Volition’s Greg Donovan to Xbox World magazine, via CVG.
