Deep Silver has made Saints Row 4 available for pre-purchase on Steam. If you get your cash down before August 19 you’ll be upgraded to the Commander in Chief Edition and receive three exclusive Team Fortress-inspired weapon skins – The Rainblower, the Flamethrower and the Rocket Launcher. Plus, if you happen to own Saints Row: The Third on Steam – which I believe pretty much everyone in the entire universe does by now – you’ll save 10% off the ticket price.

A naked-filled E3 trailer for Saints Row 4 has been released, and you can watch the crazy below. The Volition title launches August 20 across North and Latin America and August 23 in the rest of the world on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

It shows all-new in-game footage in which you, the new president of the United States, must deliver and add-kicking to an invading alien empire. Deep Silver wants your input on the contents of a Saints Row 4 Collector’s Edition. You can fill out the option bubbles through here. The ranks span from “HELL NO!” to “AWWWW YEAH” in choice, and various items such as T-shirts, hats, pins, an RC copter, a voice augmentation device / auto-tune device, and Dubstep Doomsday Button are just some of the options to pick. There was no mention of a purple dildo with a handle, but a “Functional (not deadly!) in-game weapon replica” was one of the choices.
