The top of the charts is hardly Bethesda’s Everest. The ever-growing publisher has scaled those lofty heights time and time again – typically clinging to the back of something Fallout or Elder Scrolls-related. Nobody’s perfect, though. For every Fallout 3, there’s a WET or Rogue Warrior. And Pete Hines is refreshingly honest about that. Don’t think, however, that he regrets the time, money, and resources his company put into those geese that laid regular eggs.

Rebellion’s Rogue Warrior’s looking as though it may be heading into a Metacritic disaster this morning, as Gamespot’s decided to give the game a lemon-sucking 2/10.
“This dreadfully boring, expletive-filled, extremely short shooter is an absolute rip-off,” said the site.
You can buy it now.
Update: You can see it in action on GiantBomb. Warning – very funny, not safe for work. Thanks, Pysk.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GoY Edition with Knights of the Nine and the Shivering Isles expansions, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GoY Edition with the Bloodmoon and Tribunal expansions, and Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth.
Prices range from $11.19 – $19.99.
Rogue Warrior will land on the service in September, with a price point to be decided.

Actor Mickey Rourke is to voice “battle-tested Richard ‘Demo Dick’ Marcinko, a real-life Navy SEAL and founder of the elite SEAL Team 6,” in Rebellion’s Rogue Warrior.
“Mickey Rourke was our first choice to play Marcinko in Rogue Warrior,” said producer Todd Vaughn.
“He absolutely, 100 percent captures Marcinko’s raw and gritty personality.”
But does he go to Brazil and have sex with Carré Otis? It’s the question on everyone’s lips.
PC, PS3 and 360 in the fourth quarter. Press release after the break.
