Robot Entertainment ius four years old, and wants to give you a present. Visit the developer’s online store to benefit from 75% off unusual tower defence RPG Orcs Must Die, its sequel, Hero Academy and piles of DLC for all three titles. The offer is good for this weekend only, so get in before Monday rolls over the US. All games and DLC will activate through Steam, and Hero Academy is the only one available for Mac as well as PC. Robot Entertainment is an independent studio founded by former members of Age of Empires developer Ensemble Studios; it was the original team behind Age of Empires Online before handing over to Gas Powered Games.

A demo for Orcs Must Die! 2 has landed on Steam. The Robot Entertainment action-strategy title has co-op this time out, and if you own the original on Steam you’ll automatically unlock co-op versions of 10 levels from the original game featuring new enemies. The game’s out on July 30, and if you pre-purchase it now you’ll get 10% off. You can also pick up the original game on Steam for $2.49 until July 30, which is a steal.

According to Destructoid, Robot Entertainment has come clean on Orcs Must Die! 2′s special bonus content, which will unlock for those who already own the first game. It’s a Classic mode which plays out on ten stages from the first game, but with the addition of new monsters and, of course, co-op, the sequel’s big draw. Orcs Must Die! 2 arrives on PC on July 30.

Now that we’ve sobered up and realized the screenshots posted below were put in the wrong post, we’ve remedied the matter, and hopefully our tequila induced brain malfunction has been put to bed. Enjoy the new Orcs Must Die 2 shots below, which feature the Endless Game Mode where players will face an “all-out assault from never ending waves of enemies that get more difficult the longer they’re held at bay.” It’s playable in single-player or co-op, and features five campaign levels and five original levels. Game’s out on PC July 30.

Hero Academy, an iOS favorite, will release on Steam August 8, Robot Entertainment has announced. It will include an exclusive Team Fortress 2, and it contains cross-platform play with owners of the iOS version. A price hasn’t been set.
