Riot Games has announced the latest League of Legends champion as Jinx. The ranged character packs a minigun and rocket launcher and abilities include gaining a “massive movement speed boost whenever a champion or tower that she’s recently attacked is killed or destroyed,” as well as the ability to throw out a line of snare grenades. Riot Games has released a list of changes coming with the next League of Legends update, and it’s a doozy. Many champions and as well as some items are getting tweaked, as well as maps such as Summoner’s Rift.
