Ridge Racer: Driftopia announced as F2P title for PC, PS3
Ridge Racer: Driftopia has been announced by Namco Bandai, and is a downloadable free-to-play title slated for release later in 2013 for PC and PS3. More details are to be announced soon, but to tide you over until then, a video for it is posted below.

Ridge Racer to get Daytona USA DLC next week
Namco Bandai has said it’ll release Daytona USA DLC – that’s Sega’s Daytona USA – next Wednesday, June 6 for Ridge Racer Vita. The Hornet car will set you back ¥250, while a song for the soundtrack called Ridge racer: Ridge Racer USA Mix will be ¥150.

Ridge Racer Vita teaser trailer released
Namco’s released a teaser trailer for Rigde Racer Vita, and although it doesn’t contain any gameplay footage, it does just enough to get you all excited if you’re a Ridge Racer fan. The trailer suggests that the new title will lay heavy emphasis on online play as you’re shown connecting with players from all over the world. The game is scheduled to release as part of Vita’s launch line-up of games on December 17. You can watch the teaser after the break.
