Black Ops 2: Revolution DLC arrives on PC, PS3 at the end of February

Black Ops 2 on PS3 will be able to pick up the Revolution DLC pack on February 28. The announcement was made on the PS Blog. Revolution contains four new multiplayer maps: Downhill, Hydro, Mirage and Grind along withe the Peacekeeper hybrid SMG-Assault Rifle. It also comes with a new Zombies Co-Op Map, Die Rise, along with the new Zombies game mode. PC players will also be able to download the DLC the same day as PS3 users.

Black Ops 2: Revolution DLC lands on XBL Marketplace

Black Ops 2 players can now pick up the Revolution DLC pack on Xbox Live Marketplace. Season Pass holders will need to download it through the in-game store, and the rest can pick it up fro 1200 MS Points. Revolution contains four new multiplayer maps: Downhill, Hydro, Mirage and Grind along withe the Peacekeeper hybrid SMG-Assault Rifle. It also comes with a new Zombies Co-Op Map, Die Rise, along with the new Zombies game mode. Don’t forget about VG247′s community battle tomorrow night. Assassin’s Creed 3′s Revolution multiplayer event has started

Revolution, the first Assassin’s Creed 3 multiplayer event, started today, Ubisoft has announced. Players are being asked to rack up 3 million kills and rewards will be handed out. It is unknown at press time what the rewards will consist of, or how long the event will last. To participate, click on the Events option in the multiplayer menu and start getting your progress tracked by Ubisoft. More events are planned for the future, with each offering rewards for participation, individual objectives, and community goals. Thanks, Eurogamer.

Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse developer Revolution included a full sequel to its futuristic adventure game Beneath a Steel Sky in its Kickstarer stretch goals. Despite falling short of the $1 million needed, the studio is going ahead with the game anyway. Good times for fans of the original indeed.

Broken Sword resurrected on Nintendo DS & Wii by Ubisoft?

Gamefront has noticed that Revolution’s classic adventure game, Broken Sword has been listed on Germans rating site USK, is being published by Ubisoft, and released on DS and Wii.

This won’t be the first time the game has been ported to handhelds though, as some of you might remember Broken Sword on the Game Boy Advance.

No? Neither did we, if we’re being honest. Cubed3 did though, so thanks to them.
