Report – Upcoming DLC for AC: Revelations is single-player
According to a roster of updated Achievements for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations posted on Xbox 360 Achievements, upcoming DLC for the game is a single-player mission starring Desmond. The site doesn’t mention the DLC by name, but the add-on includes and extra 250 Gamerscore points, and Achievements such as “Jump they say” and “Save yourself”. In the past, Ubisoft has teased the availability of additional memories for Desmond, and the original game had an extra two pillars which were unavailable. Resident Evil: Revelations launches in the US with trailer
Capcom has released the launch trailer for Resident Evil: Revelations on 3DS, which launches in the US today, and according to GameStop’s website, it’s currently on backorder, so good luck getting it through that particular retailer online – unless your local shop has one. It released January 27 in Europe. Check out the trailer below.

PSA: Ancestors Pack released for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
The Ancestors Character Pack for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations has been released for PC and Xbox 360. It’s to be released for PS3 tomorrow, December 14. It contains the Privateer, Corsair, Brigand and Gladiator multiplayer characters, personalized taunts and stylized assassination moves, and new multiplayer customization items. It will run you 320 MSP/£3.19/$3.99. A video for it is posted below.

GameStop lists Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack DLC for AC: Revelations
GameStop has outed some upcoming DLC for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations called The Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack, and has it listed for a January 24 release. It’s rumored to include maps for multiplayer modes, some of which were seen in Brotherhood: Siena, Jerusalem, Dyers, San Donato, Firenze and the Imperial District of Constantinople. Ancestor’s Pack renders and screenshots released for AC: Revelations
Ubisoft has sent over some screenshots and lovely character renders for the Ancestor’s Pack, which releases for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations next month. Announced yesterday, the content features four new multiplayer characters, and will be available for download on December 13 through Xbox Live, and December 14 on PSN for 320 MSP/£3.19/$3.99. The PC version of the game will hit the US on November 29 and the UK on December 2.

Ancestors multiplayer character pack releases for AC:Revelations on December 13
The Ancestors character pack will release for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations on December 13. It will unlock the following four additional multiplayer characters: “the swashbuckling Privateer, the devious siren Corsair, the battle-tested Brigand and the bloodthirsty Gladiator.” Each one has personalized assassinations, taunts and weapons. It will run you $3.99/320 MSP via PSN and XBL, respectively, and is available for pre-order. The core game launched in the US today, and is out in the UK on November 18. Uplay Passport unlocks exclusive multiplayer character for Revelations
Assassins’ Creed: Revelations is out today in the US, and those who activate the Uplay Passport code included with the title, will be granted access to the exclusive online multiplayer character Vali cel Tradat. Also known as the Sentinel, he is a “Wallachian noble by birth and a former Assassin.” Neat. Also, the passcode unlocks the game’s multiplayer which includes the following modes: Wanted, Artifact Assault, Manhunt, Deathmatch, Corruption, Steal The Artifact, Assassinate, Chest Capture and Training Ground.
Those who purchase the title used will have to buy the code separately, and will miss out on the Sentinel when they buy the code separately. Thanks, Eurogamer.

Quick Shots: Lovely launch screens released for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
Reviews for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations have started going live, and to celebrate, Ubisoft has seen fit to send over a few new shots of the game. Most are of the single-player portion of the game, but there’s one multiplayer screen tossed in there for good measure. Revelations launches in the US and in the UK tomorrow.
