We’re at the Eurogamer Expo, if you didn’t know, and we’ve just had a good, long play on Capcom zombie-shooter, Resident Evil 5.

Find out what we thought of it after the break. The code here’s the same build that was shown at TGS, apparently. These impressions are taken from the 360 version, and we were using the original control system.

The Expo itself is now sold out, but you can see photos of what’s going on here.

Capcom has just announced that the offical website for Resident Evil 5, aptly named ResidentEvil.com is now live for your perusal.

The site is very flash heavy but allows you to navigate through the city of Kijuju and watch its citizens smash stuff up in a zombie rage.

Check it out. Game’s out March next year.

Resident Evil 5 producer Masachika Kawata told 1UP at a round table interview at Games Convention today that Resident Evil 5 will “paralyse you with horror.”

“I thought the game would be more of an action game until I played it,” said Kawata. He then claimed the game “might paralyse you with horror.”

Kawata also reveal some more details with regards to how co-op works saying that if you go down a dark tunnel, one of you holds a torch whilst your partner has to provide the cover.
