Assassin’s Creed 3 and PS Vita’s Assassin’s Creed Liberation have received a new batch of screens from Ubisoft. The shots show young Connor in action, Aveline hunting crocodiles and both characters fighting back-to-back against a pack of attacking British soldiers. Check them out below.

PS Vita is getting two new colours in Japan – Cosmic Red and Sapphire Blue. The new handhelds were revealed at TGS last night, and the bad news is that there are currently no plans to bring these consoles to the West. Still, don’t these official shots look lovely?

PS Vita firmware update 1.8 makes it possible to play PSone classics on Sony’s handheld, but many gamers have spoken out regarding an issue with the content. It seems as if PSone games can’t simply be downloaded to your PS Vita and played directly. There is a solution however.

PS Vita has hit a worldwide sales total of 2.2 million units as of June 30th, Sony has revealed. Considering that Kaz Hirai revealed figures of 1.8 million in May, sales seems to be slowing, but can a strong post-gamescom release slate change that?

A video has made its way to YouTube containing plenty of gameplay footage from Capcom’s upcoming PS Vita fighter Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3. It shows various popular characters like Chun Li, Wolverine, Spiderman and Akuma fighting it out, performing various special moves and combos in the process. The game is scheduled to release as part of Vita’s launch line-up on December 17. Watch the video after the break.

John Garvin, writer and director of Uncharted: Golden Abyss, has put together video walk-through of the game’s two levels shown at TGS this week. He took great pleasure in highlighting the important elements to be found in the demo, from the great visual effects to top-notch voice-overs by Nolan North, and much more.
