PES 2014 will be updated later this month wither better facial quality for 800 player faces along, new kits, and the long-awaited 11 vs 11 multiplayer mode. Data Pack 2 will be a free update and will include all transfers made over the season, and enhancements to the chat elements have been made alongside gameplay tweaks. A new ‘Team Play’ lobby system has will also be incorporated, as well as online competitions and Master League Online competitions to the game’s Competition Mode. New screenshots are below.

PES 2014 won’t include Stadium Editor, Spanish Stadiums, several Spanish teams due to licensing deals
Konami has announced features such as rain, Spanish Stadiums, and several Spanish teams along with Stadium Editor will not be included in PES 2014.

Konami has distributed a pair of instructional gameplay videos for PES 2014 focusing on defense, one for the field and the other for keeping. These also serve to show off PES’ nifty new FOX Engine-powered animations, which are pretty fluid.

PES 14 will be released on September 24, Konami has announced. The date is a simultaneous launch on PS3 and Xbox 360 in North America, Central America, and South America. We’re going to assume this means it will release in the UK on September 27, but we will ask Konami just to make sure. Thanks, Shack.

Teaser trailers never show much, but this one for Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 at least gives you an idea of things. You know, sports. Kicking balls, etc. Watch it below in all it’s classical music and aesthetically athletic glory running on the Fox Engine.

PES 2014 is prepared for next-gen consoles to hit stores, and it is being developed with Konami’s FOX Engine, according to a member of the development team.
