Konami has announced that PES09 will be released on October 15 in Europe and during November in Japan.

The game will be out on October 17 in the UK.

Pre-order. Quick. There’s only six weeks to go.

Also, a playable demo will be available on Live and PSN on September 11, which is the exact same date EA’s FIFA 2009 demo will be ready for download.

Funny, that.

Konami has just announced Games Convention that the next installment of its smash hit series, Pro Evolution Soccer will be available in October.

The game has been completely revamped: player models, crowd, and uniforms all have been given a make-over.

There is also a new “Become a Legend” mode. This game type enables you to relive the career of your favourite football player. You start as a rookie and the game ends when you retire.

Sounds great.
