Bethesda’s announced that it’s to bring The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, RAGE and Prey 2 for showings at its public booth at gamescom in three weeks. Skyrim and Prey 2 are all eyes-on only, but RAGE will be playable ahead of its release in a couple of months time. Bethesda’s public booth will be situated in Hall 6.1, Stand B41 at the Koelnmesse.
gamescom takes place from August 17-21 in Cologne.

Bethesda has announced the full Quakecon 2011 line-up, confirming the legendary, 50-hour John Carmack ultra-keynote for 2.00pm local time on August 4.

Bethesda’s kicked off a series of videos for Prey 2 with commentary from Human Head project lead Chris Reinhart. The videos are based on the trailers released so far for the game. The first clip is based on the live-action trailer that announced the game earlier this year, with Reinhart explaining the ties in the video between the first and second games. Get the video below. The second trailer is coming soon, according to Bethesda.

GTTV’s posted a gameplay walkthrough for Prey 2 which has one of the game’s developers explaining various gameplay elements of the title. The video gives you a proper look at the game, as you learn about the different choices it’ll offer you with, the various abilities and gadgets your character will have access to, and much more. Prey 2′s coming out in 2012 for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Watch the video under the cut.
