Future Publishing’s US arm has confirmed it will cease production of PlayStation: The Official Magazine.

The US version of PTOM is now available in digital formats, it’s been confirmed on the PS Blog. You can get it now on Apple Newsstand, Google Play, and Zinio. It costs a reduced $0.99 at the moment. You can subscribe for $19.99 per year.

Far Cry 3 will get the cover treatment in the next issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine in the US, its been confirmed. The mag will also have reviews on Vita, Twisted Metal, SSX and Journey. It’s out March 23.

PlayStation: The Official Magazine hints around in the January issue that God of War III will launch with its own custom PS3 and the mag says its “90 percent sure” that it’s gonna happen.

While that sounds great and all, PTOM’s not finished handing out the rumor candy just yet.

The folks at Sony brought a slim to the offices of the PlayStation: The Official Magazine and that’s basically what you’ll see. Lovely photos of the thing.
