PlayStation Mobile is a platform available to all PlayStation Certified devices, including the Vita, Sony Ericsson smartphones and tablets, and even some HTC devices. To promote the service, Sony has been giving away games each week.

Sony has announced two new hardware partners for its PlayStation Mobile platform, Asus and Wikipad. The latter is of particular interest to gamers as it is being billed as the first true gaming tablet, complete with a detachable controller. Other devices supported by PlayStation Mobile – which was previously known as PlayStation Suite, and certifies games across a small range of platforms – include the Vita, a selection of Sony’s own Android phones and tablets, and HTC smartphones.
