IGN has posted five new screens for Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure. View them here. The game is set for a March 20 release and brings together five “beloved Pixar films to life like never before.” Players can team up with characters from: The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up!, Cars and Toy Story to “race against time and solve time-based challenges.”

Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure has been announced by Microsoft. Set for a March 20 release, the game, previously code-named “Rush”, brings five “beloved Pixar films to life like never before.” Players can team up with characters from: The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up!, Cars and Toy Story to “race against time and solve time-based challenges.” Watch the video of the game below. Borderlands art director Brian Martel has been discussing the whys and wherefores of the dramatic change in art style with IGN revealing that UK pop band Gorillaz, Disney’s Pixar and Valve’s Team Fortress 2 gave the team inspiration for the sidestep.
“I think pop culture like The Gorillaz, Pixar, and our own concept art had the biggest impact,” he said.
“But of course Team Fortress 2 is an inspiration for any artist in the industry. Prince of Persia and Mirror’s Edge helped to reinforce our decision to try something radical.”
