Hothead explains why it won’t be making a third Penny Arcade Adventures game
Hothead director of technology Joel DeYoung has said the reason there won’t be an thirds episode for Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness is because of not only the cost to make it, but all the work that would go into it as well.

Penny Arcade Adventures strikes gold on Mac App Store, Hothead makes promises it can’t keep
This wouldn’t be the first time an emerging digital market’s revived interest in a sequel that’d once been six feet under six feet under.

Penny Arcade Adventures Ep. 2 is your XBLA deal of the week
Wow, what a totally crazy coincidence! Penny Arcade Expo is only a hop, a skip, and an uncomfortable plane ride away, and this week’s XBLA deal is for Penny Arcade Adventures Episode 2! Man, sometimes we start wondering if these things are planned or something.
The deal drops PAA: OtRSPoD Ep.2 from 1200 MS Points to 800. The game’s pretty good, from what we’ve heard, so it might be worth looking into if you haven’t played it yet.

Instead of 1,600 MS Points ($19.99), you’ll only have to hand over 800 ($9.99).
Pretty cheap, if you’ve been sitting on the fence.

Hothead’s announced that the second episode of the Penny Arcade game’s gone live for download.
You can now get it from a variety of digital distribution platforms. You lucky people.

Nelson brings word that the second episode of the Penny Arcade game is now available on Live Arcade.
It’ll cost you 1200 MS Points. Blurb:

Penny Arcade Ep One releasing on PSN this week
Hothead’s announced that the first episode of the Penny Arcade game will release on PSN on Thursday.
It’ll set you back $15.
The game released for PC, Mac and 360 in May this year.

Penny Arcade Episode Two goes gold
The second episode of Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness has gone gold and will release this “fall” for PC, Mac and Linux via Greenhouse, followed by XBLA and PSN.
“Episode One was a huge investment for us and established a great base from which we built Episode Two. It allows us to focus even more on the fans in developing future games in the series,” said Vlad Ceraldi, boss of developer Hothead.
“Our new game has a lot of great enhancements that were made possible by direct fan interaction and we are extremely excited to get our game into their hands and get their feedback.”

Penny Arcade game released on Steam
As you can see here, the first episode of the Penny Arcade Adventures game is now available on Steam for $20.
It was released on XBLA at the end of May.

MS Gamer’s Day: New Penny Arcade screens released, ep one on May 21
Microsoft just released five shots of the upcoming Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. The company also just confirmed that the first episode of the XBLA title will be available for download on May 21 for 1 for 1600 Microsoft Points.

Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness will cost $20 and hit this spring, Penny Arcade’s announced. The game will release for PC, Mac, Linux and 360 via XBLA. The game’s going to be about 10 hours long, apparently.
