Nordic Games and The Farm 51 have announced that not only is The Clock Strikes Meat Night now available for Painkiller Hell & Damnation, but that five more content packs will be released throughout the year. As if that isn’t enough news for you, The Farm 51 is also working on a new project which is to be announced soon.

Nordic Games has announced the acquisition of Painkiller publisher DreamCatcher. The label will be separate under the Nordic label, with the aforementioned game part of a relaunch of an “extensive” back catalogue of games. “After the incorporation of the JoWood and The Adventure Company publishing label, DreamCatcher is the third and last to follow for the time being,” commented Nordic Games CEO Lars Wingefors in the press release. “Our approach is to assess the performance of DreamCatcher’s portfolio through back-catalog sales, and as a consequence develop sequels to its bestselling brands and licenses, just as we did with our other two publishing labels.”

The firm is in negotiations with North American companies regarding the distribution and marketing of products. Thanks, Blue.

JoWood’s confirmed that it’ll release Painkiller expansion Redemption on February 25.

JoWood Entertainment has announced the launch of Painkiller: Redemption, which continues the story of Daniel and Belial as they fight off over 6000 enemies to a heavy metal soundtrack all the while, unlocking different Tarot Cards. A preorder option has been added to JoWood’s Painkiller: Resurrection page on Steam.

If you reserve the game, you will get 10 percent off the $29.99 price, along with Painkiller Black Edition and Painkiller Overdose.

Both of those titles are available for immediate download upon preorder, and Resurrection is out in late October.
