Class action: SCEA removed PS3 Other OS to save money
An class action complaint filed against SCEA this month has been amended, with the claim that Sony removed the Other OS feature from PS3 in order to save money, not to protect the integrity of the system’s security.

Norway: Sony breached Norwegian Marketing Control Act by removing Other OS
An independent government agency in Norway has apparently received enough complaints from PS3 owners over the removal of Other OS that it has presented the case before the country’s Consumer Ombudsman.
