Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD Vita out mid-December in US
Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD will release in US in mid-December for Vita, Just Add Water announced over Twitter. A release date for Europe hasn’t been confirmed, but the developers teased a bit of news on that front will arrive “in one week.” Expect Stranger’s Wrath HD to hit the US on December 18. Thanks, CVG.

JAW talking to “two or three” publishers for Stranger’s Wrath XBLA
Just Add Water has gone “dry” in regards to the Xbox Live Arcade version of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath being published by Microsoft or self-published, studio boss Stewart Gilray has told VG247, but says it’s talking to “two or three” third-party publishers.

EU PS Store update, December 21 – Jurassic Park, Team ICO HD, Oddworld
Sony’s gone live with details for today’s EU PS Store drop, confirming that the full Jurassic Park: The Game will finally drop onto the store in Europe. The Telltale actioner is available for £15.99/€19.99. Also out today is the digital versions of the Team ICO HD remasters, with ICO setting you back £13.99/€17.99 and Shadow of the Colossus the same price, while the two combined will cost £19.99/€29.99. Just Add Water’s HD revamp of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath also launches for £9.99/€12.99, while new Batman: Arkham City content arrives in the form of a free costume skin, a premium costume skin pack, challenge map pack and a combo of all of the above.

Scores for the HD remake of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath have gone live. Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD takes a Eurogamer 9 in first review
The PS3 HD re-make of Stranger’s Wrath’s taken a 9/10 from Eurogamer in its first review, making it better than Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3 and Battlefield 3 with their string of h8s. Just kidding.

Quick Shots: Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath HD PS3 shots
Just Add Water has sent over three lovely PS3 screens from Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath HD. The upgraded version of the classic game is set to launch on PSN in the next couple of months, and the firm is also at work on PS Vita versions of Munch’s Oddysee and Stranger’s Wrath for late 2011 or early 2012. The HD update of Abe’s Oddysee is projected towards the end of 2012.
