Nintendo of Australia has announced that its won a lawsuit filed against James Burt for pirating New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

The judgment handed down in the case comes to Burt owing the company $1.5 million AUD ($1.3 million US) for loss of revenue from a game that has so far sold over 10 million units.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii looks like it could be yet another jewel in Nintendo’s already diamond encrusted crown.

What makes us certain of this are the seven videos – two from Nintendo’s E3 presser and five off-screen from the show floor – that you can watch below.

NSMBW is out later this year. It’s on our Christmas list already, if we can wait that long.
