Nintendo has launched the Japanese website for Nintendogs + Cats with commercials and the like, but most importantly it provides a list of the breeds of dogs each game will contain.

Posting 2D screenshots of 3D games feels a little futile, but this latest batch of Nintendogs + Cats screens also includes adorable photos of the pet options contained within. I think Nintendo has redeemed itself.

Nintendogs confirmed for 3DS, also has cats

Iwata’s just revealed a 3DS version of Nintendogs. And it has cats.
No more details were given other then that.
But still, cats! Dogs! Cats & Dogs!
The last Nintendogs titles were back in its debut in 2005 for the original Nintendo DS.

7 DS games have passed 10 million mark, says Nintendo

Seven DS games have sold more than 10 million units, Nintendo said yesterday, with 83 titles now having sold more than 1 million copies.
The seven to break the 10 million mark are Nintendogs, New Super Mario Bros. Brain Age, Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, Mario Kart DS, Brain Age 2, and Animal Crossing: Wild World.
Nintendo confirmed last night that DS has now shipped more than 100 million hardware units worldwide.
