According to this Cubed3 report, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword will release in Europe on June 13 for DS. Its grown-up counterpart, Ninja Gaiden II, hits Europe on June 6.

Ubisoft will release Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, the DS version of Tecmo’s Middle Ages slasher, in June this year in Europe.

The game’s already out in Japan, and has achieved quick notoriety by being linked to actual murders. Awesome.

For the fans. Team Ninja’s offering branded iPods for high scoring Ninja Gaiden DS players. Apparently, there are three ways of winning one: achieve a winning high score in the game; fill in a form and get entered into a draw; or collect stuff in the game itself. Only 15 of these are being made, so it’s time to tap up your best Japanese friends to get incredibly good at a very hard DS game, get one and give it to you for nothing.
