Microsoft has announced that Ninety-Nine Nights 2 will be published by Konami via the Xbox 360 Media Briefing 2009 in Tokyo.

Feelplus are developing the title, which does not have a release date as of yet.

There are, however, some screens for it posted over on Kotaku.

Famitsu’s posted up the first non-scan N3 II shots, and very pretty it’s looking too.

The 360-exclusive sequel’s out later this year in Japan, and there’s still no word on a western release.

The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed the first set of details on Ninety-Nine Nights II.

The feelplus-developed title supports two players, apparently, and those who were annoyed with Inphvy in the latest outing will be happy to know that she won’t be returning.

N3 II will remain exclusive to Xbox 360, and is expected to arrive later in the year. It’ll be published by Q Entertainment.

Presumably it will arrive in Japan first, but we’ll keep you posted on that.

Wii@Everyday’s posted up a photo of a Ninety Nine Nights 2 DPS in the latest Famitsu issue.

Being as we can’t speak Japanese, we’ll have to guess at a translation: “You must kill everything. And then you will win.”

Don’t quote us on that. It’s 360-only, out this year.

On CVG. Not much to go on aside from the fact the sequel – announced this morning for 360 – is going to involve a huge amount of violence, but beggars can’t be choosers.

Microsoft just confirmed that Ninety-Nine Nights 2 will release on Xbox 360.

No release date was given for the game.

The news comes out of Microsoft’s TGS keynote, which is ongoing.
