It looks like Zynga paid a hefty price for for social game developer Newtoy back in December 2010. According to the firm’s IPO, tt paid $53.3 million for the firm.

Ensemble death spews out yet another studio
The fourth studio to be born from Ensemble’s ashes is NewToy, Joystiq reports.
The company’s first project is World War Robot, in collaboration with comic book chap Ashley Wood.
