NEOGEO X will receive a collection of 15 additional game cards in America from late April, SNK Playmore has confirmed. The games will come as part of NEOGEO X Classics: Volume I pack, and can be used with all versions of the handheld.

Surprise, surprise – the NEOGEO Gold X has finally nominated a release date, and it is pretty much “now”. The $200/£175/€199 console bundle arrives in the US and Europe on December 18, which has already kicked off everywhere but the US west coast. Destructoid reports you ought to be able to pick up the retro tech from Amazon, Walmart and GameStop among others. It includes a 4.3″ LCD screen, a charging station with HDMI out, an arcade stick, 20 pre-loaded games and one cartridge game. The core handheld can also be purchased on its tot.
