NBA Live 14 has a new video available showing you what you can expect when the game hits stores on November 19 on PS4 and Xbox One in North America. Basically, if something happens to a player during the season, the stats change, et cetera, it will be added to the game “the very next day.” Hear all about it below.

EA Sports’s Andrew Wilson came on stage to show the sports titles coming to Xbox One and PS4. FIFA 14, and NBA Live 14 were shown. NBA Live 14 has better dribble mechanics. Bounce tech seperates your hand from the ball which gives “unprecedented” control to allow for creativity and expression. The game will be a “new experience” every time you pick up the controller. The game will be released sometime within the next year, and makes use of EA Sports’ new Ignite engine.

EA Sports has released a pre-E3 teaser trailer that shows off cinematics for its UFC title, NBA Live 14, Madden 14 and FIFA 14. The video comes ahead of the EA conference kicking off later tonight.

EA has confirmed NBA Live 14 will be exclusive to PS4 and Xbox One. Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen said as much in May, but it has been further confirmed by the game’s executive producer Sean O’Brien and EA Sports vice president and general manager Daryl Holt to GI International. The team decided to skip production of NBA Live 13, and bring the series to next-gen using the PS4 and Xbox One exclusive Ignite engine. The game is expected on next-gen engines sometime within the next year.

NBA Live 14 has been announced for next-generation consoles by Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen. The news was revealed as part of his talk during the Stifel Nicolaus 2013 Internet, Media and Communications Conference today. The game is set for release later this year, and may be part of the new Xbox console reveal today, if NBA Live tweets are any indication. NBA Live 13 was set to be the latest game in the series, slated for last fall, but was ultimately cancelled by EA with the promise the franchise would return in 2013. Thanks, Polygon.
