During the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference yesterday, THQ’s Brian Farrell told investors that in order for the firm to realize the potential of its new pricing model – which debuts with MX vs ATV: Alive – console makers need to “adjust their business models.”
THQ detailed its experimental pricing plan for MX vs ATV today during its Games Day Event in new York, stating that it plans to bring the pricing model to “another major franchise”.
THQ has announced the MX vs. ATV franchise has shipped over 10 million units to date since debuting in 2004.
