Mortal Kombat: Shadows trailer released as game heads to PAX
Ed Boon has said he’s bringing Mortal Kombat 2011 to PAX Prime this weekend, and the game is “coming back with a vengeance”. There’s video proof after the break.

Footage shows what appears to be Mortal Kombat film [UPDATE]
Update: According to a tweet from RZA (Robert Fitzgerald Diggs) from Wu-Tang Clan, the director is Kevin Tancharoen, and it should “bring back Mortal Kombat”. Word. (thanks, Mike)
Original: Some footage has surfaced that looks to be either a new film for Mortal Kombat or a live-action trailer for Mortal Kombat 9.

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has confirmed via Twitter that the next iteration of Mortal Komat will be a bloody one.
Here’s the series of tweets:
