Lionhead: Project Milo never really a game, but Fable: The Journey is
In a revealing session at Develop in Brighton, Lionhead creative director Gary Carr revealed that the shelved Project Milo began well before Kinect arrived and was never really a game – but Fable: The Journey certainly is.

Microsoft’s Greenberg: Milo “absolutely” still in development

Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg has confirmed that Milo & Kate is still in development and is merely a product not slated for release this Holiday, despite earlier reports claiming the Kinect title would never ship.

Video shows actual demo of Milo at Molyneux BAFTA lecture
Well, well. Naughty, naughty.
Someone managed to film what appears to be a live demo of Milo and Kate with Project Natal from the Peter Molyneux BAFTA lecture that took place last night.
It shows someone showing drawings up to Milo… and him accepting them and showing them!

It was confirmed at the same lecture that Fable III will also support the motion tech.

Microsoft files Milo and Kate patent

Microsoft has filed a patent for Peter Molyneux’s Project Natal project, Milo and Kate.
The amazing E3 demonstration was believed to be a tech demo only, but Superannuation speculates this patent could mean Milo and Kate will indeed be a commercial product.
Time will tell.

Milo and Kate – impressions and an interview

Yep, it’s called Milo and Kate. And it is a game. Peter Molyneux’ Project Natal title, announced yesterday in the Microsoft E3 conference, features a 10 year-old virtual boy and a dog. On a screen. That you talk to.
Kotaku’s posted some impressions of it here, and Eurogamer’s just gone live with an interview with Molyneux in which the developer confirms this is what used to be called Project Dmitri. So now you know.
