Mass Effect 3: Omega, Battlefield 3: Aftermath, and Wii U titles are the subjects discussed in the latest edition of EA’s PWND. In it, DICE’s Niklas Fegraeus highlights details contained in the four new multiplayer maps in Battlefield 3: Aftermath. Some hands-on time with Mass Effect 3: Omega is show as a chat with Fabrice Condominas of Bioware Montreal takes place, and Visceral producer Greg Rizzer talks about the pace and tone for Army of TWO: The Devil’s Cartel. The Mass Effect 3: Special Edition, the Genesis 2 interactive comic by Dark Horse and FIFA 13 gameplay on WIi U are also touched upon in the 5:36 minute video posted below.

Mass Effect 3: Special Edition for Wii U has a video available below, showing what’s in store for players when the series debuts on the new Nintendo console. The game makes use of features and content that “fully take advantage” of the console’s hardware, and the GamePad can be used to issue commands and perform attacks. Bonus content includes an additional mission and squad member, an exclusive new weapon, the Extended Cut ending, and an interactive backstory experience. Mass Effect 3: Special Edition is due on Wii U November 18 in the US and November 30 in Europe.

Bioware has revealed further details of how the Wii U version of Mass Effect 3 differs from previous releases.

Mass Effect 3 on Wii U will include three of the downloadable multiplayer modes, as well as the Extended Cut and From Ashes DLC, EA has confirmed to Polygon. It will also come with the comic Genesis 2. Mass Effect 3: Special Edition is a Wii U launch day title in Europe.
